Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Hartford say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
