Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
