Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
