Fair-chance hiring leads after 9 years as a teaching assistant

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
