Fair-chance hiring leads after 6 years as a payroll clerk

A few employers in Salt Lake City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
