I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
