Fair-chance hiring leads after 4 years as an operations analyst

A few employers in Jacksonville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an operations analyst before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
