Fair-chance hiring leads after 4 years as a welding apprentice

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
