Fair-chance hiring leads after 3 years as a project coordinator

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
