Fair-chance hiring leads after 18 years as a teaching assistant

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
