Fair-chance hiring leads after 18 years as a customer-service rep

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
