Fair-chance hiring leads after 14 years as a machine operator

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as a machine operator before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
