Fair-chance hiring leads after 14 years as a graphic designer

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as a graphic designer before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
