Fair-chance hiring leads after 13 years as a machine operator

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
