Fair-chance hiring leads after 12 years as an accountant

A few employers in Raleigh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
