I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
