Fair-chance hiring leads - 9 months and counting

A few employers in Providence say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
