Fair-chance hiring leads - 9 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. It has been a long 25 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
