Fair-chance hiring leads - 8 weeks in

A few employers in Little Rock say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
