Fair-chance hiring leads - 8 weeks in

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Thank you in advance. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 7 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
