Fair-chance hiring leads

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
