Fair-chance hiring leads - 7 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as an operations analyst before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
