Fair-chance hiring leads - 6 weeks in

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
