Fair-chance hiring leads - 6 weeks in

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
