Fair-chance hiring leads - 6 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 5 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
