Fair-chance hiring leads - 6 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I worked as an accountant before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
