A few employers in Little Rock say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
