Fair-chance hiring leads

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
