Fair-chance hiring leads

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 10 months. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
