Fair-chance hiring leads - 5 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
