A few employers in Pittsburgh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 6 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
