Fair-chance hiring leads - 4 months and counting

A few employers in Dallas say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
