Fair-chance hiring leads - 4 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. It has been a long 15 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
