Fair-chance hiring leads - 4 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
