Fair-chance hiring leads

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
