Fair-chance hiring leads

A few employers in Raleigh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
