Fair-chance hiring leads - 3 weeks in

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
