Fair-chance hiring leads - 3 months and counting

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
