Fair-chance hiring leads - 3 months and counting

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
