Fair-chance hiring leads - 26 weeks in

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
