Fair-chance hiring leads - 26 weeks in

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I worked as a store manager before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
