Fair-chance hiring leads - 20 weeks in

A few employers in Salt Lake City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
