Fair-chance hiring leads - 2 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 8 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
