Fair-chance hiring leads - 2 months and counting

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
