Fair-chance hiring leads - 17 weeks in

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
