Fair-chance hiring leads - 16 weeks in

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
