Fair-chance hiring leads - 14 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
