Fair-chance hiring leads - 13 weeks in

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
