A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 16 weeks. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
