Fair-chance hiring leads - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Nashville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
